The controversial NY no-fi band played a thunderous, amusing set that sounded strong and mean—contrary to the recent self-titled record, it didn’t sound like completely unlistenable  horseshit.

Doom provided the festival with a jolt of energetic, inventive hip-hop…why is there so little hip-hop this year?

Lindstrom’s space-disco may have been better in darkness but the late-afternoon dance party was no doubt fun and, at times, hypnotizing.
